On the edge of the village centre, surrounded by the mountains
Our apartments are located on the edge of the village centre, just one minute on foot from the supermarket and cosy restaurants.
The bus stop is only about 500 metres from the house and takes you comfortably to the most important destinations in the area. The stop for the additional ski bus to the Seiser Alm in winter and the Völser Weiher lake shuttle in summer is only 200 m away.
The Seiser Alm cable car can be reached comfortably in about 10 minutes by car or public transport.
Val Gardena with the Sella massif and the city of Bolzano can be reached in around 30 minutes.
Thanks to the central location of Völs am Schlern, you can reach almost any place in South Tyrol by car in less than one and a half to two hours.
Experiences and activities around Völs am Schlern
In summer, Völs am Schlern is the perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park, on the Seiser Alm and in the surrounding area. The nearby Völser Weiher lake is ideal for swimming, relaxing or cooling off after an active day, and in winter for ice skating. Tennis and golf are also available nearby.
Winter in the Dolomites
In winter, the Seiser Alm and Val Gardena ski areas with the Sella massif are ideal for skiing. The Seiser Alm is also especially beautiful for cross-country skiing and winter hiking, while ski tourers and sledging fans will also find plenty to enjoy. Ski areas such as Carezza and Obereggen can be reached in 30 to 45 minutes.
