Your pet is warmly welcome on request.

Reservation

Reservations and cancellations are valid only in written form.

Deposit and Cancellations

For confirmed reservations, a deposit may be requested. This deposit is refundable up to a maximum of one month before arrival. In case of no-show or early departure, the total price of the booking is due.

Arrival and Departure Day

The apartments are available from 2:30 pm on the day of arrival.

Earlier arrival is possible, but can only be confirmed at short notice. Please let us know, also on the same day if needed, approximately when you will arrive.

On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 9:30 am at the latest.

Smoking

Smoking is generally prohibited throughout the house.
